Pastor Michael A. Butler is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Church of Higher Praise. Pastor Butler has always had a heart for the Outreach and Evangelism Ministry ever since he established the church in 2004. He endeavors to lead the church to glorify God by proclaiming in word and deed the good news that Jesus Christ came and died for the sins of the world, rose victorious over death, transforms lives by the power of His Spirit and is coming again to establish His kingdom.

Our objectives are to act as a ministry center for Outreach and Evangelism, equip the body of Christ at The Church of Higher Praise to assume a significant role in God's mission to the world, and to become more involved as a church in the plan of God to evangelize families, neighborhoods, and communities both near and far.
